  • Coriander
  • 1½ lbs
    pork sholder
  • Onion
  • Cumin
  • Oregano
  • Chicken stock

Method

  1. Broil tomatillos, chiles and garlic.

     

  2. Blend with coriander.

  3. Brown pork.

  4. Add onions, spices, stock and purée.

  5. Bake until pork is fork tender.

  6. Serve over rice.

Notes

Even better on day two.

Perfect with warm tortillas.
